How do I choose the right size?

All DripPop apparel is printed on high-quality Premium Heavy Cotton garments. Our t-shirts and sweatshirts both feature a classic unisex fit. To find your ideal size, compare one of your favorite items at home to the measurements below.

Do your items shrink in the wash?

Premium Heavy Cotton garments may shrink slightly after the first wash, but shrinkage is minimal. Washing in cold water and air-drying will help maintain the original fit.

What size should I choose if I’m between sizes?

For an oversized or relaxed style, choose the larger size. For a closer, more fitted look, choose the smaller size.

How can I measure myself for the best fit?

  1. Lay your favorite tee or sweatshirt flat.
  2. Measure across the chest, 1 inch below the armpits.
  3. Measure the length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
  4. Compare your measurements with the size chart above.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and the production partner closest to your customer. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 3–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–15 business days

Because we use Gelato’s global network of print partners, orders are usually fulfilled from the facility closest to your customer to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

Where do you ship from?

Gelato produces items in a distributed network of print facilities around the world. That means your order is usually printed and shipped from the location nearest to the delivery address. This helps keep shipping faster, reduces carbon emissions, and minimizes customs delays on many international orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, most products can be shipped worldwide. If Gelato has a production partner in the destination country or region, the order will generally be fulfilled locally. If not, it will ship from the nearest available facility.

Are tracking numbers provided?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For many countries, local production eliminates the need for customs processing. However, if your order ships internationally, customs or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can items in the same order arrive separately?

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. This ensures faster delivery for each item.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your shipment appears delayed, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll contact the carrier to help resolve the issue. Lost packages are rare, but if a shipment is confirmed lost, we’ll replace it at no cost.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you need help or the link isn’t updating, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We’ll get a replacement shipped as quickly as possible.

What if my order gets lost in transit?

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it free of charge. Please reach out to us if tracking stops updating or if the delivery window has passed.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go into production very quickly, so modifications aren’t always possible. If you need to cancel or change something, contact us right away. If production has already started, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to help.

What if my package was returned to sender?

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Since print-on-demand items cannot be restocked, we are unable to offer refunds for address-related issues.

Do you offer refunds?

We provide refunds only in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is clearly incorrect
  • The product received does not match what was ordered

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified. In most cases, we will offer a free replacement first, as this is the fastest solution.

My order doesn’t look exactly like the product photo—why?

Small variations can occur between digital mockups and the final printed product due to screen settings, printing processes, and material differences. These minor variations are normal for print-on-demand items.

How do I request a replacement or refund?

Just contact us through our website or email with your order number and photos (if applicable). We respond promptly and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
